Founded in 2006 by Gavin Richardson, who has been the driving force in bringing together and developing a team that has the expertise and culture, setting us apart from our competitors. We have grown to become one of the North East’s most established specialist in all aspects of mechanical, electrical and building services.

From our project management team to our directors, it is our people that bring the knowledge, skill and experience to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. This is reinforced by our commitment to invest in our people through training and development, including apprenticeship schemes and internal development programmes, ensure the continued success and growth of the business.
